Not sure what role, if any, Khyentse Wangpo plays in the production of this text as it seems to be just the original treasure.  +
Authorship of this text is actually uncertain. Though the content of the work is stated in the text to be based on the teachings of Dromtönpa, Khamlungpa is commonly associated with the propagation of this work.  +
Phuntsok Namgyal's Karchag states that the author of this text is Jamyang Khyentse Chokyi Lodro, however the author's name (thub bstan legs bshad bzang po nor bu bstan 'dzin gzhan phan mtha' yas) is highlighted with dots in the final aspiration at the end of the text.  +

This text was written by 'jam mgon kong sprul based on the root text revealed by Smin gling gter chen and the supplementary instructions of Rin chen rnam rgyal. The final arrangement and typesetting was prepared by Phun tshog rnam rgyal.  +
Though this is included in the Khrag 'thung bde gshegs 'dus pa cycle, it is actually drawn from another revelation and inserted here for liturgical purposes.  +
This same text can be found later in this volume [[JKW-KABUM-15-BA-024-003 here]] with a slightly different colophon.  +

Authorship is a tricky issue with this particular text, as it was both revealed as a sa gter by Chogling and as a nye brgyud by Khyentse Wangpo. However, since it is included here among the snyan brgyud section of the Kabab, I am tentatively assigning authorship to Khyentse Wangpo.  +
Chokyi Lodro only wrote the benefiction for this text, the rest he compiled from a Sutra.  +
It is unclear who the author is, or whether this text is truly part of the Khandro Sangdu cycle or if it is drawn from another treasure cycle.  +
