The Collected Works of Jamyang Khyentse Chökyi Lodrö Rime Tenpa'i Gyaltsen Palzangpo was published in 2012 by the Khyentse Labrang in Bir and includes twelve volumes. In terms of the overall structure of the collection, the individual texts are termed chos tshan, which are then organized into related groupings of texts presented in sections termed sde tshan. There are twenty such sde tshan in the Chökyi Lodrö Kabum, which in this context function as an outline for the entire collection.

1	སྡེ་ཚན་དང་པོ། ཐོག་མར་ཡིད་ཆེས་སྐྱེད་ཕྱིར་རྗེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་རྣམ་ཐར་སྐོར་དད་པའི་མཆིལ་རྣོན་ལ།	In order to engender trust, at the beginning of the collection there is the cycle of biographies of the Lord himself Browse this section

3	གསུམ་པ། ནང་དོན་རིག་པ་མདོ་སྔགས་ཀྱི་དགོངས་བཅུད་མཐའ་ཡས་པ་ཟབ་དོན་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་སྤྲིན་གྱི་ནང་གསེས་གསར་རྙིང་གཉིས་ཀྱི་འདུལ་མདོ་མངོན་པ་སྔགས་ཀྱི་ཟིན་བྲིས་ལུང་བཏུས་རབ་ཏུ་མང་པོ་བཞུགས་པ་ལ།	The inner sciences that are the essence of the intent of the sūtras and tantras, which are like clouds of the ocean of the profound meaning, including an extensive series of annotations that condense the scriptural works related to the vinaya, sūtras, abhidharma, and the tantras of both the old and new schools.
